After serious considerations:

I have decided to change the shares system as to grow this squad into a bigger squad as I have plans to evolve it into a CHT squad therefore a bigger squad size is needed..

As of now, I tend to limit the people that come to my run (max 12) but sometimes if anyone can't make it, its hard to find a replacement, thus I intend to recruit more people as to fill up this empty 'holes'

But we face a new problem, which is people may 'run' as sometimes there won't be slots for them thus as of today will be a 1st come 1st serve basis

AND-----For the shares:

I have decided to come up wif a 2 Points system:

1st system will follow the old one: which is use points to claim egg, MSB~~

2nd system will be using points to claim shares

For example:

You come for dual nHT

you will get 2 points in system 1 and 2 points in system 2~

Let's say you come for 10 runs: 10 in S1, 10 in S2

now u want some $$, only points from S2 will be deducted~~

and how do I decide how much shares per point?

HAHA, I am a genius, I will take all the drops to sell, after sold, it will be put into a general POOL..lets say the squads pool is 500m, and each member has 5 points..if there is 10 members, 50 points = 500m, thus 1 point = 10m..

NOTE: this amount constantly changes according to the pool, THEREFORE even if the run you came to has bad drops, you still get good shares =D

Bottom line is: come more get more~

I will show u some math to prove it is not biased:

Lets say 10 member 5 points ea..50 points 500m

1 member decides to claim his 5 points = 50m~
after that his/her points will be 0
Remaining 9 members has 450m, 9 x 5 = 45, 450/45 = 10m per point!! still the same

THE BENEFIT OF THIS SYSTEM is:

What I realise from other squads is they always tend to rush sell items to clear shares, this way: I won't have to RUSH sell and be able to gain the maximum profit for the squad!!

2ndly, there wont be any division between bad drops run and good drops run, either good or bad u still get the same shares as long as you worked to down HT~~

Lastly, may I remind you, to ensure maximum profit, do not rush to claim shares, as lets say..drops worth 200m, but I only sold out 100m, total points = 20, 200/20 = 10m but 100/20 = 5m~~~the unsold 100m WILL NOT bt put into the pool, I will update the pool from time to time =D
